William G. Seymour

As Chairman and owner of Primax Properties, LLC, Bill Seymour remains involved with the real estate investment company he founded in 1995.  The Primax strategy is to build for its own account with a focus on freestanding retail and service-oriented commercial properties. Ongoing relationships are forged with clients by delivering site selection, leasing, development, permitting, construction and property management services.

Prior to Primax, Bill served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, followed by a twelve year career with IBM.  In 1980 he co-founded Broadway & Seymour, Inc., a computer software company serving the banking and legal industries. Bill participated in Broadway & Seymour’s rapid growth and public offering, and at the time of his departure the company had annual revenues exceeding $100 million and more than 1,000 employees.
