David N. O'Brien

David O’Brien has been active in the construction industry for almost three decades.  David joined Primax Properties in 2017 and directs the company’s preconstruction team, plus manages construction of company projects.  Prior to joining Primax, David was a project manager for several large hospital and hotel projects, plus directed the design and construction of quick service and casual dining restaurants for numerous national chains including MOD Pizza, McAlister’s Deli, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Hardee’s, Chic-fil-A and Starbucks.
