Thomas E. Wallace, Jr., CPM

Tom Wallace has spent almost twenty years in commercial real estate management and leasing, joining Primax Properties in 2002.  Through our affiliated Primax Services, LLC property management group, Tom oversees the leasing, management and operations budgeting/reporting of a portfolio of third-party owned shopping centers and office buildings.  He also leads new client development for Primax Services.

Tom is very active with the Institute of Real Estate Management in various committee and leadership roles, including past President and Executive Board member of the Western North Carolina chapter.  Prior to joining Primax, Tom spent over twenty years in the textile industry.
