Tina Mann

Tina Mann joined the Primax team in 2024 and is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including both company-owned and third-party assets. These properties span multiple states and Tina oversees budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Prior to joining Primax Tina worked for Beacon Development, a local developer/owner in Charlotte, NC as an Assistant Property Manager for existing and new developments. During her time there Tina progressed in her future career training obtaining several credentials from BOMA (Building Owners and Management Association) including Real Estate Investment and Finance as well as Budgeting and Accounting.
