D. Chris Neill

Chris Neill has spent three decades in commercial real estate, joining Primax Properties in 1995.  As a Project Director, Chris is responsible for identifying and structuring new development projects, plus servicing and expanding the company’s clients.   He leads Primax’s relationship teams for Advance Auto Parts, PLS, and Range USA.  Chris has developed over 350 properties nationwide.

Prior to joining Primax, Chris spent eight years with Bob Neill & Associates as a shopping center property manager and leasing agent, plus handled general brokerage assignments.
