When one of Charlotte’s oldest and most respected law firms, Johnston Allison & Hord, needed new signature offices at a prime infill location, Primax delivered. Land was assembled and rezoned, the building was designed to meet JAH’s needs, and a lease structured with a phased expansion plan. The result was 1065 East Morehead, a 35,000 SF Class-A office property with underground parking and a terrace overlooking Charlotte’s skyline.
