Bradford M. Owen

Brad Owen joined Primax Properties in 2015 and manages project construction, previously working in Primax’s preconstruction and project management teams.  Prior to joining Primax, Brad had a 12-year intelligence career with the United States Marine Corps.  He was involved in multiple construction projects with the Marine Corps Civil Affairs Group in Afghanistan and Iraq, including medical clinics, schools, and road & bridge infrastructure.
