Rhys J. Butler

Rhys Butler joined Primax Properties in 2020 and manages a portfolio of shopping centers and office buildings for third-party landlords, in additional to selected Primax-owned properties.  He is responsible for these multi-state properties’ operations and budgeting/reporting, plus maintaining Primax’s communication and relationships with the owners.

Prior to joining Primax, Rhys was with First Industrial Realty Trust, assisting in the management of that company’s large portfolio of flex-office and industrial-distribution properties throughout Florida.
