Robert O'Neal Bates

Neal Bates joined Primax Properties in 2015 as a Property Manager, before transitioning into development.  As a Project Director, he identifies new retail tenants for the company and structures development projects for their needs.  Neal has led Primax’s relationship with Strickland Brothers Oil Change, SolarShine Express Car Wash, Take 5 Oil Change, Kiddie Academy, plus works with other company clients.

Before joining Primax, Neal was a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual.
