Adam F. Sellner

Adam Sellner has over fifteen years of real estate development and construction experience.  As a Project Director with Primax Properties, Adam is responsible for identifying and structuring new development projects, plus servicing and expanding the company’s clients.   In 2022 Adam was promoted to Vice President – Development.  He is a co-leader of Primax’s relationship team for Tractor Supply, is active with tenants such as Dollar General and Advance Auto Parts, and has completed projects for other retailers nationwide.

Adam began his real estate career in residential homebuilding.  He was a production superintendent with Centex Homes for four years, before joining Primax in 2004.
