Andrea Ramm

Andrea Ramm joined the Primax team in 2022 and is responsible for managing shopping centers and free-standing commercial properties for both Primax owned and third-party owners. The properties are in multiple states, and she is responsible for budgeting/reporting, maintenance, tenant relations, plus maintaining Primax’s communication and relationships with owners.

Andrea came to Primax after moving to North Carolina from California where she worked for Essex Realty Management.  There she advanced her career by obtaining her license to become a property manager after being hired as office assistant.
