Frank S. Alexander, Jr.

Frank Alexander has over three decades of commercial real estate experience, joining Primax Properties in 2002.  As a Project Director, Frank is responsible for identifying and structuring new development projects, plus servicing and expanding the company’s clients.   He leads Primax’s relationship team for Tractor Supply Company, plus has developed a variety of other retail and office projects nationwide.

Prior to joining Primax, Frank spent seventeen years as a real estate investment property broker, initially with Lat Purser & Associates, then as a founding partner of Berkeley Capital Advisors.
