Karen A. Lane

Karen Lane joined Primax Properties in 2021 and handles management of third-party investor assets in North Carolina and South Carolina.  Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost effective strategies, streamlining processes and excellent client service.

Prior to joining Primax, Karen was a property manager for commercial developers and various property management companies throughout the United States and internationally, providing asset management services to a variety of clients ranging from individual investors to REITs.
